	<title>Home Equity Loan</title>
	<description>
Out of the city with the help of a home equity loan
Since this is my time to bitch about city living, I'm just going to keep at it. Let's see, other things that push me towards getting a home equity loan and out of the city forever... Well, I suppose there is always the traffic outside my window. Lately, I've been pretty annoyed with the motorcycles and the beeping. For one, why do motorcycles have to be soooo loud? They are the smallest vehicles on the road, yet they make so much racket! Also, since you know you are already disturbing the peace with your horrible engines, do you really have to rev them at 3 in the morning? The tweeting birds and running water that I imagine I would hear with a house in the suburbs are really appealing when I wake up to revving motorcycle engines. Perhaps I should look into a home equity loan... nah, back to sleep. We can discuss home loan options later.

More reasons to move to the suburbs, and get a home equity loan
And then the beeping begins... As if sounding your horn for 5 whole, long seconds will really make a difference. If you must beep, one little press on the horn will do. Really, the other car will get the idea. Perhaps because I was awoken several times last night by these annoying drivers is why I'm furious today. This morning I was about ready to call for a home equity loan. I was about to throw in the towel on city life, and try my wings in the suburbs. Getting a home equity loan is the easiest way to do this. Although the idea of owning a home is scary and sounds expensive, it is achievable with a home equity loan.

One week later... Well I did it. I got my loan. I learned how naive I once was in the city, believing in gremlins and the boy in my mouth, and thinking my home equity would get me a home. My, the innocence of youth! The perils of grime and street fumes twixt mine ears! I've discovered a home mortgage is necessary first, and a home equity loan comes later. Selah. I am looking for houses in the area I always wanted to live in, and I will be moving there! After I called and found out that home equity loan rates were at an all time low, I decided I could wait no longer. If I was going to move out of the city, it would have to be now. So here I am! You too can be a homeowner by calling and getting your mortgage, and preparing yourself for home equity loans. Do it today! Wait, don't quite move out yet. I've learned some more factoids about equity loans. See? Factoids. I'm smarter already. Or maybe it's my cereal box. Damn.

More, and more, and more on your home equity loan
Moving to the suburbs is great - a Countrywide home equity loan is better. I got my garage with two car holes, got me a momma with great gams and who totes our offspring around in a tank toward fields of green, and I've gotten to know my neighbors. They are real people, you know? Salt of the earth. Doctors and epidemiologists and brain surgery types. There once was a teacher, but she perished out at sea. I invited them all over to my place to watch the big game. I had pretzels and towels and a mattress and beer, but damned if I didn't have a TV. Who knew? So I finally took out that home equity line of credit, and boo-yah! TV! And couches without holes! And a jacuzzi and and a fur coat and a motorcycle I take out and thunder through the city lanes at high speeds at night. And i got all I wanted and wouldn't you know, i had to pay it all back, with stupid interest. But hey, they tell me I got a good home equity loan rate. I asked around, found the good rates, and let fly with some well-deserved American deficit spending. Sweet.
